Virtual Or In-Person Prenatal Class

Prenatal Class:

In this 2.5 hour prenatal class, my goal is to leave you feeling calm and confident to birth your baby, your way. Together we will learn about the fundamentals of labour and how to keep it progressing naturally. We will talk about the stages of labour, your anatomy, non-medical pain relief techniques and labour positions. We will work through a variety of skills to help you remain in control and relaxed during contractions/surges including breathing techniques, counter pressure, hip squeezes, setting the environment and visualization. This class is customizable to your birth preferences, which means we may also dive into medical pain relief options, home birth tips, inductions etc.

Breastfeeding Basics:

This class is perfect for any family wanting to learn more about breastfeeding AND alternative feeding methods including pumping, bottle feeding and combination feeding.

Topics covered in this 2 hour class include:

Cost: $90 + tax (per class)  or $145 for in-person
