Group Prenatal At Indigo Lounge (Tillsonburg) Feb. 24th

Prenatal Class:

In this 2.5 hour prenatal class, my goal is to leave you feeling calm and confident to birth your baby, your way. Together we will learn about the fundamentals of labour and how to keep it progressing naturally. We will talk about the stages of labour, your anatomy, non-medical pain relief techniques and labour positions. We will work through a variety of skills to help you remain in control and relaxed during contractions/surges including breathing techniques, counter pressure, hip squeezes, setting the environment and visualization. This class is customizable to your birth preferences, which means we may also dive into medical pain relief options, home birth tips, inductions etc. 

This class will be held in-person at Indigo Lounge in Tillsonbug. Partners or support person are welcome (and encouraged!) to attend. You will receive handouts and refreshments while also having a chance to connect with other local expectant parents.  

Cost: $110 per couple

Please note, partners are not required but are welcome to attend.
