Breastfeeding Basics:
This class is perfect for any family wanting to learn more about breastfeeding AND alternative feeding methods including pumping, bottle feeding and combination feeding.
Topics covered in this 2 hour class include:
- customized feeding plan
- 5 S's (soothing your baby)
- proper latch
- nursing positions
- duration of feeds
- pumping & storing milk
- common breastfeeding concerns
- breastfeeding myths
- bottle feeding
- paced bottle feeding
Partners are welcome (and encouraged!) to attend. You will receive handouts and a Zoom link following your registration.
